User review data from G2 Crowd’s Winter 2017 survey showed that Talkdesk users report higher rates of customer satisfaction that Five9 users.

Talkdesk received a 4.4-star rating overall with 93% of reviewers leaving 4- or 5-star ratings.

Five9 received a 3.6-star rating overall and only 70% of reviewers left above-average scores
