Our story.

In 2018, we at Talkdesk recognized that AI for customer experience wasn’t meeting expectations. Existing solutions were costly, complex, and ineffective. We aimed to change that by delivering AI that genuinely impacts the entire customer journey. Our goal was clear: create AI that is easy to deploy and manage while delivering immediate, tangible results.

Over the next two years, we developed a comprehensive, fully integrated portfolio of customer experience AI products. These solutions are designed to help our customers achieve their most important outcomes. We further simplified AI adoption by launching Industry Experience Clouds, offering AI pre-designed and integrated for specific verticals.

Today, we’ve enhanced our platform with generative AI to redefine possibilities. We remain committed to driving the outcomes that matter most: fueling business growth, hyper-personalizing customer experiences, empowering agents, and streamlining operations.
