Frustrated by the inability of their legacy, on-premises system to scale with the company’s significant growth, Advisors Excel chose Talkdesk Enterprise Cloud Contact Center™ to set themselves apart through superior customer experience. Advisors Excel will immediately move 700 agents onto Talkdesk with plans to grow by nearly 4x in 2020.
