Talkdesk Tops Five9 in G2 Crowd’s Customer Satisfaction Poll
User review data from G2 Crowd’s Winter 2017 survey showed that Talkdesk users report higher rates of customer satisfaction than Five9 users. Talkdesk received a 4.4-star rating overall with 93% of reviewers leaving 4- or 5-star ratings. Five9 received a 3.6-star rating overall and only 70% of reviewers left above-average scores.
