Talkdesk CX Cloud™ will provide the payments provider with a modernized, cloud-based contact center platform to help Mollie better manage its agents’ performance, including evaluating customer interactions and identifying key areas and paths to CX quality improvement.
The Talkdesk Zendesk Connector will effortlessly integrate the contact center and helpdesk parts of Mollie’s CX technology stack. Talkdesk automation will perform Zendesk tasks such as ticket creation for Mollie’s agents and will give the team detailed data on the customer’s history when they answer calls.
In addition, Mollie will leverage simple, accessible development capabilities from Talkdesk to design and implement customized automations and workflows during the interactive voice response (IVR) process. The company intends for the technology to autonomously understand the customer’s journey and help handle common incident inquiries without needing to speak with a human agent.
Automating these areas of the agent and customer experience will increase efficiencies and call center capacity, personalize customer interactions, and improve first-call resolution for greater customer satisfaction.
